Character design per alcuni altri personaggi della storia dal titolo provvisorio di "Hayate", più un paio di schizzi del protagonista "Sato" (qui trovate altre info e altri disegni).
Si tratta perlopiù di comparse, tranne il tipo dall'aria truce nella parte alta: lui è il comandante del protagonista ed avrà una parte un po' più grande rispetto agli altri.
Tuttavia non sono soddisfatto del personaggio: i primi schizzi erano così brutti che qui non sono inclusi; i primi a destra in alto sono ispirati dall'attore Ken Watanbe, che però non mi ispirava le giuste sensazioni. Inoltre la benda sull'occhio faceva troppo pirata. Sono quindi passato (verso sinistra, sempre in alto) ad una ispirazione da un altro grande attore, il mitico Toshiro Mifune: la situazione è migliorata ma ancora non sono convinto.

Studies for some other characters of the new story, provisional title "Hayate"; there are also a couple of sketches of the protagonist "Sato" (here some info and drawings about him).
These are all mostly walker-ons, but the glaring guy on top of the drawing has a slightly more important role: he's the commander of my main character.
However I'm not entirely satisfied with this threatening character: I cut from this page the very first sketches I made because they were quite ugly; the first one on top right are inspired by the popular actor Ken Watanabe, but they not give me the right sensations. Moreover, the eyepatch made him look too much like a pirate. Then I moved to an inspiration by the great Toshiro Mifune (always on top, leftwards): the situation improved, but I'm still quite unsatisfied.
